Haley Burke, MD, is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center with subsequent residency training in Neurology at the University of Colorado. Here, she received the department’s excellence in teaching award during her year as chief resident. She completed post-graduate fellowship training in interventional pain management at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and is board-certified in Neurology and Interventional Pain Management. By also maintaining a faculty appointment as an Assistant Professor of Neurology and Pain Management at the University of Colorado, she stays apprised of the latest developments in pain management and headache treatments. Dr. Burke continues to enjoy the educational aspect of her work with medical students, residents, and fellows. With her primary focus of interventional pain management, Dr. Burke has comprehensive expertise in procedures for spine, joint, craniofacial, neuropathic and cancer-related pain. She is skilled in diagnostic nerve blocks, epidural injections, neurolytic procedures including radiofrequency ablation and spinal cord stimulation. She is also the only physician in Colorado offering Discseel for painful degenerative disc conditions. Dr. Burke is a member of the Spine Intervention Society, the American Academy of Neurology and the Colorado Pain Society.
